The Product Manager, Insurance designs, manages, and implements new digital marketing products and programs for web platforms in support of UPMC Insurance Services Division public digital properties and strategic digital campaigns. This role partners closely with a variety of collaborators and stakeholders, from front end designers and IT developers to internal clients and leadership. The product manager will need to align resources and timing to ensure all assets are produced according to strategy, on a clearly communicated timeline, tested, and launched into the marketplace. The product manager will bring the voice of the user to the table and understand digital content best practices.
