  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation products—from concept through launch to scale—ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Translate market opportunities and customer challenges into innovative solutions that outperform expectations in performance, reliability, and ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Equip commercial teams with best-in-class enablement tools, including training materials, competitive intelligence, and solution positioning frameworks.

  • Support pilots, product demos, and early adoption programs. Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to validate and iterate product concepts.
  • Balance business goals and technical complexity with customer expectations, managing trade-offs and guiding decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of product management experience with a proven record of driving successful product strategies in robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience designing customer or product specifications in the supply chain fulfillment industry.
