The role of the Manager, Product Management is to lead discovery and delivery for large scale, complex products that enhance the CarMax shopping and ownership experience. Specifically, this role is responsible for creating a product vision and strategy that supports the Program strategy. In addition, this role is key to setting and achieving objectives and key results within their Product by driving a highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to successfully prioritize opportunities and identify actionable solutions. The person successful in this role will maintain a focus on applying technology to power the end to end customer experience, will work collaboratively across the business, including technology, design and operations, advocating for the product and articulating the customer and business value to multiple levels of the organization. This role requires a strong business acumen, encompassing market dynamics, strategic business considerations, and an intimate understanding of our customers needs, to inform product strategy.
