Product plays a pivotal role at The Athletic, spearheading critical cross-functional initiatives and leading teams of engineers, designers, marketers, analysts, and newsroom staff to execute seamlessly on behalf of the business and our users. As a Product Manager, you will lend your domain and functional expertise to a wide range of Product and business areas. You will build compelling experiences that sports fans love, drive engagement growth down our subscription funnel, and improve our product platforms. You will tackle complex issues that require cross-functional strategic, operational, and technical alignment. This is an individual contributor role, and you will be critical to the success of the Product organization and The Athletic more broadly.
