We're looking for a Product Manager, Safety, to join our Product team at Snap Inc.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high impact safety and regulatory compliance product areas to increase trust and safety on Snapchat
- Define goals and own performance against key business metrics for community safety and compliance, and proactively drive accountability towards those goals
- Evolve continuously - constantly identify and size new opportunities to improve these features via data insights, user research, and design thinking
- Drive the team's roadmaps and execution end-to-end - from planning processes to design to development and through launch, authoring excellent documentation and sharing insights and results throughout the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of product management at a consumer or enterprise technology company
- 2+ years of domain experience working in trust & safety, anti-abuse, or regulatory compliance
Nice-to-haves
- Hands on experience writing complex SQL, and doing descriptive and predictive analytics
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields
- A passion for Snapchat!
