About the position

At Natera, we’re on a mission to make personalized genetic testing and diagnostics part of the standard of care—empowering earlier, more targeted interventions that lead to longer, healthier lives. We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager with a passion for designing and delivering high-impact, user-centric solutions. This role is part of Natera’s Digital Product Management team, which partners across the organization to develop technology-enabled tools that improve operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience. You’ll collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to drive scalable, sustainable service innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and define new product opportunities in partnership with internal stakeholders, prioritizing those that deliver measurable business value.
  • Translate concepts into clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows) and partner with engineering and UX to bring solutions to life.
  • Lead change management initiatives in collaboration with operational leadership to ensure successful adoption of new features.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess product performance and engagement; analyze data to inform roadmap decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Evaluate potential solutions—balancing 'build vs. buy' decisions to optimize impact, speed, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management; background in healthcare, biotech, healthtech, or customer service preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and launching internal or customer service tools; experience with Salesforce and Twilio is a plus.
  • Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative, scalable solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and self-motivated; comfortable rolling up sleeves and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in influencing cross-functional teams and building stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); comfortable using data to drive product strategy.
  • Experience working within an agile development environment; prior success leading remote or distributed engineering teams is a plus.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents.
  • Free testing for employees and their immediate families in addition to fertility care benefits.
  • Pregnancy and baby bonding leave.
  • 401k benefits.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Generous employee referral program.
