Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish changes mandated by the Payment Networks.
  • Assisting with interpreting network announcements.
  • Determining pricing impacts related to Interchange, Payment Network Fees and PIN Debit activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in payment network industry management.
  • Experience with interpreting and analyzing payment network (Visa/MC/Disc/Amex) announcements.
  • Knowledge of payment interfaces, regulation updates, card updates.
  • Strong knowledge of Payment Network fees, Interchange and billing.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Execute and communicate new processes and/or procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project requirements, interpretation and analysis (UAT Testing and Implementation).

Nice-to-haves

  • 10+ years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in payment interfaces, regulation updates or related industry sales and consultation.
  • Fiserv systems and platform experience including EU and Omnipay.
  • Client facing experience to understand successful client communication and strategy.
