About the position

Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 20,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year. We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds-with a fresh raise on the horizon-we're entering a phase of serious scale. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Engrain's products by working closely with Engineering, Experience Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with SaaS products, APIs, and data who is eager to transition into product management. You will gain hands-on experience in defining product requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our product suite. This role offers you a hands-on opportunity to shape and optimize the TouchTour experience-from envisioning new product features to refining existing workflows, working closely across Engineering, Experience Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Leadership teams. It's ideal for someone versed in SaaS, APIs, and data-especially with a focus on experiential, interactive tech in the rental and multifamily space.
