About the position
Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Product Manager reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to drive new product development for Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) 56-Frame and electric motor products under limited supervision. Perform design engineering for HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and motors/blowers/fans product lines. Drive and support product growth for AIR (HVAC/R) products and 56Fr and above motor platforms. Recommend improvement opportunities or product replacement needs. Develop multigenerational product line roadmaps. Develop cost out and portfolio simplification, price value positioning, and 80-20 quad strategy. Monitor finished inventory of goods. Provide commercial and operation support to grow mechanical engineering product lines. Coordinate product life cycle management from concept to full commercialization. Develop product definition, product development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans for mechanical engineering products. Lead voice of the customer (VOC), primary and secondary research to facilitate development of product strategies and product plans. Identify market requirements and trends to drive continuous improvements of engineering processes and identify product enhancement opportunities. Develop the positioning strategy of mechanical engineering products and services considering price, volume, share and profitability. Monitor the SIOP to ensure alignment with demand forecast, manufacturing plans, new product introductions, and supplier performance. Telecommuting available up to 2 days per week. Travel to various and unanticipated locations throughout the United States up to 40% of time.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Two years of mechanical engineering experience.
- At least two years of experience in performing design engineering for HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and motors/blowers/fans product lines.
- At least two years of experience in driving and supporting product growth for AIR (HVAC/R) products and 56Fr and above motor platforms.
- At least two years of experience in developing cost out and portfolio simplification, price value positioning, and 80-20 quad strategy.
- At least two years of experience in coordinating product life cycle management from concept to full commercialization.
- At least two years of experience in developing product definition, product development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans for mechanical engineering products.
- At least two years of experience in identifying market requirements and trends to drive continuous improvements of engineering processes and identifying product enhancement opportunities.
