Responsibilities
Develops a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform product decisions.
Translates business goals and user needs into product strategy, communicating direction and priorities to stakeholders.
Establishes and monitors key metrics to assess product value, continuously refining the roadmap based on insights.
Conducts end-user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development.
Aligns product initiatives with company priorities and stakeholder expectations to drive business values.
Creates, prioritizes, and manages epic-level stories, integrating user research and testing to refine assumptions and hypotheses.
Collaborates with engineering, user experience, and other teams to resolve obstacles optimize product performance, and translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
Represents the end user by advocating for their needs and ensuring an exceptional product experience.
Requirements
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Certification is required in some areas.
