About the position

Has assigned a defined portfolio of customers based on market segment, manages each of the customer or accounts assigned, working in close relationship with field sales agents, to whom she/he provides specific directions, and in constant contact with the Head of Sales, in order to follow and implement the market segment strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis for the area of responsibility and support the whole Market Segment Analysis when needed.
  • Calculate pricing for the assigned customers and accounts following the Segment guidelines.
  • Communications with the customers key contacts, directly for house accounts, or through the assistance of field sales managers.
  • Establish Budget, Pricing, Monthly forecast with emphasis on margin Targets.
  • Contribute to the creation of the Segment strategy alongside with the Head of Sales.
  • Support projects in cross functional teams together with the Head of Sales, R&D, Production Engineers.
  • Help prioritize orders and production scheduling with clear view of the market situation in area of responsibility.
  • Travel as needed to strengthen relationship with the assigned customers and accounts, as well as to participate with trade shows and conventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or 3-5 years’ experience preferred in Sales/Marketing/Accounting or Inside Sales or Technical customer support.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BO, Microsoft Package.
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong specialized and/or technical abilities.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.
  • Strong product and service knowledge with prior experience.
