About the position

The Northern Trust Company seeks a Product Manager to plan and execute strategic projects within the technology product umbrella. Assess customer needs, define target client segment market, and evaluate industry trends. Perform post-launch assessments. Conduct new project planning activities by deriving forecasts, composing project requirements, and establishing future metrics. Track customer satisfaction, evaluate metrics and KPIs, and gauge channel performance. Monitor and track capital and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute strategic projects within the technology product umbrella.
  • Assess customer needs and define target client segment market.
  • Evaluate industry trends and perform post-launch assessments.
  • Conduct new project planning activities including deriving forecasts and composing project requirements.
  • Establish future metrics and track customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate metrics and KPIs, and gauge channel performance.
  • Monitor and track capital and expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • 4 years of experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • 4 years of experience with developing strategy, roadmap, and project plans for product implementations.
  • 4 years of experience with automating processes and preparing risk analysis for new product introduction.
  • 4 years of experience with writing complex queries within SQL to extract data for further analysis.
  • 3 years of experience with the data development process of data products.
  • 3 years of experience with Agile practices including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning activities.
  • 2 years of experience in performing product post-launch assessments.
