Product Owner/Business Analyst

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for creating development documentation and communication plans that will translate product requirements into actionable items for development and Quality Assurance. This is a key role within the Product Management team, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to connect and create complete solutions. The Product Owner will work closely with a team consisting of Analysts, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers, and must be able to analyze, compose, and communicate effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. The Product Owner must communicate effectively with all areas of the company and be accountable for product delivery deadlines. The company is experiencing tremendous growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
* Work with Scrum Teams to execute on Sprint Objectives
* Organize ideas into Actionable, Profitable objectives
* Keep in touch with Product Managers to gauge the needs and interest in the product initiatives
* Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with your Scrum Teams
* Allocate a limited amount of resources for the maximum amount of impact
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience
* Team environments, collaborative environments\
* Analytical, technical background, experience working with engineering teams a plus
* Project Management experience
* Familiar with Agile methodologies, experience working in SAFe a plus
* Automotive industry knowledge preferred
Required Skills
* Superior attention to Detail
* Organization skills with the ability to multitask
* Motivated to help others succeed
* Excellent verbal and written communication
Other Abilities
* Product Owner Certification a plus
Physical Demands (Travel, etc.)
* Some travel required, less than 10%
