With approximately 13,700 team members, Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) serves Wells Fargo consumer and small business customers through various channels " digital (online, mobile, and social) and contact center (phone, email, and correspondence). WFVCs vision is to pioneer the next generation of financial services and provide the best virtual experiences, anytime, anyhow, and anywhere. Over 32 million customers use our digital channels to manage their financial lives, and our customer-facing contact centers support approximately 450 million customer contacts annually. Whether our customers connect with us online or by phone, email, or in writing, WFVC is positioned to satisfy our customers financial needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
WFVC Digital Initiatives Team is responsible for the delivery of large scale programs that transform our customer experience across all devices. This role will report to the Digital Initiatives " New Initiatives lead responsible for managing and leading cross enterprise initiatives. As a member of the team you will be responsible for delivery of projects that evolve and extend digital features to our customers. Relationship building with multiple internal teams and lines of business is essential to be successful in this role. In addition, you will need to be able to explore and understand new digital trends and help build business cases that turn those trends into initiatives that bring new features to our customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of projects from development through implementation
* Build and manage relationships with multiple internal teams (e.g. product, development, project management, etc.) and lines of business
* Identify opportunities for improvement and create required documentation (e.g. business case, PRD, etc.)

Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of product management experience, product development experience, or a combination of both
Desired Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
* Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
* Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
* Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
* Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
* Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
* Knowledge and understanding of internet, mobile, and tablet technology
* Financial services industry experience
