Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide leadership to cross functional teams on assigned projects as part of the Product Roadmap in the areas of Innovation and Renovation; with an emphasis on those concepts that optimize trim and under-utilized parts. This role will collaborate with Consumer Marketing to ensure alignment of products with targeted consumer segments and optimal market support. The team member will have ongoing contributions to the further development and management of launched SKUs with regular product reviews to monitor specs, quality consistency, cost, margin, etc. The role will also support the other product managers with branded package design project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

Lead and manage cross functional teams to develop and launch concepts from the Product Roadmap

Support the New Product Development Process by updating and maintaining the Stage Gate System
1.
Support other product managers with managing package design and approval process for new concepts
1.
Coordinate and compile competitive intelligence to assist in building business case for new concepts
1.
Manage launched skus, as assigned, in the areas of spec conformance, quality reviews, cost and margin verification

Package flats -- inventory and file management
