TITLE: Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team to help scope and launch a new globally supported platform that offers custom web experiences focused on transactional functions for specific industries. The Product Manager will have a proven track record in designing, developing, tuning and releasing software products for commercial business use with a plus if youve also worked on consumer oriented software products. You must bring a combination of ambition, positive attitude and analytical ability while being a proactive, energetic and hardworking individual, to be a member of our team. As a Product Manager you will be an effective and important member of a skilled agile development organization. You will coordinate with multiple UX/UI teams, Consulting Services, Product Development org, and end user/clients throughout the project lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
50% - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Using Aha! and Jira in agile development environment to collaborate and drive engineering
Working with business analysts to prioritize requirements for selected applications, industries, geographies
Manage roadmaps for the selected applications, industries, and geographies.
Initiating all functional development based on agreed business cases and agreed business requirements.
Work closely with development to ensure the correct functionality is created from the prioritized business cases and requirements.
Collaborating with all other departments to communicate the product roadmaps, product content and launch, create company readiness and all functional developments to the rest of the organization.
50% - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
Assist with go-to-market activities including development of collateral
Training of field (sales, pre-sales, consulting, partners) for selling and implementations.
Competitive analysis; market analysis.
Managing relationships with partners
Analyze and solve customer escalations.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, product development or other software related positions
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science and / or equivalent experience.
Ability to perform under time pressure
Proven interpersonal, presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven project management and organizational skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Strong problem resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in B2C eCommerce space
Strong retail Industry specific knowledge and experience
