About the position

We're seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-obsessed product marketing leader to join our team of pioneers at the forefront of precision health. This PMM role is critical to our success and will drive go-to-market strategies for our diagnostics and health system business units through close collaboration with product, commercial, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results. In this key leadership position, you'll translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions by understanding our target markets better than anyone else, while building and executing comprehensive GTM strategies that accelerate business growth. Success in this role requires a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of crafting innovative storylines, bold positioning, and value-based messaging to continue to differentiate DNAnexus in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our diagnostics and health systems portfolio
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
  • Identify and translate customer success stories into compelling case studies that showcase how DNAnexus solutions positively impact our customers clinical, financial, and operational performance
  • Develop customer-centric messaging that articulates our platform's value proposition to different stakeholders across Diagnostics, Health Systems, and Biobanks
  • Create sales enablement materials that empower our teams to effectively communicate our solutions' value
  • Track competitive landscape, market sizing, and market trends to inform strategic decision making
  • Measure and optimize marketing effectiveness, including segment focused campaigns, through data-driven analytics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3+ years in SaaS/platform technologies
  • Proven experience in healthcare technology, specifically in diagnostics, genomics, and/or health systems
  • Track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and buying processes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer benefits
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
