About the position

As the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer messaging for our suite of visual AI solutions. You will be the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the product externally, ensuring we effectively articulate our respective value propositions across the 5 verticals we serve and enabling our teams for success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Zeitview's solutions and services - from defining target audiences and crafting narratives to enabling sales and measuring adoption success across 5 different verticals
  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging that communicates the value of our solutions to customers, prospects, and the broader market
  • Conduct ongoing customer and competitive research to deeply understand user pain points, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Build and maintain customer personas and journey maps to guide segmentation, campaign planning, and content creation
  • Design and execute targeted lead generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the customer lifecycle
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of highly targeted ABM initiatives designed to engage high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing qualified lead (MQL) velocity to assess and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns and programs are impactful, timely, and aligned with broader business objectives
  • Ensure consistent narrative and brand voice across all touchpoints, including website, sales materials, product collateral, and external communications
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain a robust toolkit of sales enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive comparisons
  • Guide the creation of solution-focused assets including whitepapers, blog posts, customer case studies, solution briefs, videos, webinars, and event content

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Marketing experience with a strong focus on Product Marketing, including 3-5 years in a leadership role driving strategy and execution in a high-growth, B2B environment (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for existing and new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions
  • Demonstrated expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, orchestration, and measurement in close collaboration with Sales
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and value proposition development
  • Strong experience with lead generation, demand creation, and funnel optimization, using data and insights to drive strategy and continuous performance improvement
  • Exceptional ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and product positioning for technical and non-technical audiences across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms to track and report campaign performance
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer pain points and market opportunities
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and proven success working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company externally and influence stakeholders internally
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
