About the position

Dayforce is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Product Marketing Lead to drive the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our data, AI, and extensibility offerings. In this role, you'll bring thought leadership, creativity, and analytical depth to help shape the way we bring innovative HCM technologies to market. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, differentiated messaging, and enablement materials that resonate with both technical and business audiences. From product launches and analyst briefings to web content and sales pitches, you'll play a key role in telling a compelling story that inspires and informs. This is a strategic and highly visible role responsible for educating internal teams, activating prospects and customers, and helping drive Dayforce's continued growth in a rapidly evolving HCM landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and shifts across data, AI, and extensibility within the HCM industry. Develop and adjust strategic plans to target evolving market opportunities.
  • Track insights from analysts, influencers, and competitors to inform content creation, messaging, and product positioning.
  • Create differentiated value propositions, sales decks, and demand-generation assets for Dayforce data, AI, and extensibility offerings. Ensure web and sales channels reflect accurate positioning.
  • Gather and synthesize persona insights from research and field data to support tailored sales and marketing efforts across buyer journeys.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and enhancements. Define product naming, pricing strategy, messaging, and value delivery in collaboration with Product, Enablement, and Sales.
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and content needed to confidently present Dayforce's offerings to prospective customers-supporting key events like sales kickoffs and strategic deals.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the customer base.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with at least 5 years in product marketing, outbound product management, or similar advisory roles.
  • Deep knowledge of data, AI, and extensibility technologies-especially in the context of HCM.
  • Subject matter expertise in areas such as data architecture, responsible AI, and SaaS partner ecosystems.
  • Proven success partnering closely with Product Management on roadmap, positioning, and packaging decisions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills-able to build compelling narratives that connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience crafting high-impact demo flows for 1:many engagements that clearly communicate product value.
  • High learning agility with a strong ability to understand and communicate complex technology topics.
  • Forward-thinking technologist who anticipates how AI and extensibility will reshape HCM and the future of work.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and driven by measurable results.
  • Analytical thinker who thrives on data and insights to shape decisions and drive strategy.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments, independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.
