About the position

The Developer Platform team works to create a sustainable and scalable platform for developers, businesses, and Meta, while staying compliant with regulations from the FTC and global regulators. The work of this horizontal platform team supports the work of 100's of product teams at Meta and hundreds of thousands of developers externally. We're looking for a PMM who is passionate about the developer audience and is excited about building the Facebook Login product and other identity platform solutions tailored to the varied needs of cross-Meta developers. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for informing the developer roadmap with customer and market needs in mind, as well as lead go-to-market and in-market programs that drive acquisition and growth for our partners. They will collaborate closely with product, user testing, communications and other functions to lead complex initiatives that land lasting business impact.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent function developing go-to-market or product growth strategies while partnering closely with product teams.
  • Experience with working with developer platform and products.
  • Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often.
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.
  • Experience and/or domain knowledge in mobile devices, virtual reality, mixed reality, and/or hardware/software platforms.
