Actively shape the future of Meta Horizon, one of the fastest growing and most exciting parts of the Meta and Reality Labs business. This role will focus on consumer growth programs across mixed reality and mobile.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute consumer growth strategies for Meta Horizon
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features
Create go-to-market documents, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition, and success metrics
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product and marketing decisions
Develop and manage budgets for consumer growth programs
Work closely with product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy, or a similar field
Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns
Experience creating go-to-market documents, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition, and success metrics
Analytical and problem-solving experience
Interest and understanding of Mobile Platforms and Virtual/Mixed Reality
