About the position

Reality Labs is on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies. We continue to push the state-of-the-art with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring this vision to life. We are building a team focused on building new products that support this mission. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) as part of the Horizon OS Product Marketing Team. This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Influence product development and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Articulate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA degree (must be completed prior to joining Meta).
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy, or a similar field.
  • Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience effectively articulating complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Domain knowledge in Mixed Reality/Virtual Reality, and/or Operating System launches.
