About the position

This role is part of the Product Marketing team, which reports to Marketing. The Product Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing, Product marketing is evolving. AI can generate emails in seconds, but true impact comes from strategy, insights, and execution. If you’re looking for a role where you just create content and send emails, this isn’t it. We need a strategic product marketer to own a specific user segment, deeply understand their needs, and shape how we engage them. You will drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution—working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our approach is data-driven, compelling, and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis – Identify trends, competitive shifts, and customer pain points to inform strategy.
  • Analyze Data & User Behavior – Leverage AI tools, but apply strategic judgment to extract meaningful insights.
  • Define What’s Needed – Ensure messaging, strategy, and execution align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Positioning & Storytelling – Develop clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with your user segment.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy – Lead GTM plans for new features and pricing plans, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
  • Empower Other Teams – Provide Sales, Product, and Marketing with insights and tools to enhance their impact.
  • Enablement & Process Optimization – Equip teams with frameworks and playbooks that improve execution.
  • Challenge the Status Quo – Identify opportunities, test new approaches, and refine how we work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical – You extract insights that inform better decision-making.
  • Curious & Proactive – You take initiative and push boundaries, rather than waiting for direction.
  • Strong Storyteller – You craft compelling, market-aligned narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Influencer – You work across teams, enabling them to think more strategically.
