About the position

FourKites is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in telling the story of FourKites' platform and helping position our solutions the right way and to the right people. You will be a critical member of the team responsible for defining, positioning, and driving the message, strategy, and content to engage buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on buyers and influencers, and their buying journey.
  • Master key pain points buyers are trying to address based on use case and industry vertical.
  • Work with Product, Sales, and other Marketing team members to build and deliver differentiated messaging and positioning for the FourKites platform.
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders about platform features and benefits.
  • Backstop new product and feature launches alongside a cross-functional team.
  • Create compelling solution content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, sales, and executive presentation decks).
  • Assist members of our Sales team on calls with prospects, when appropriate, to provide deeper insights into the product.
  • Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the platform, including internal training, external speaking engagements, analyst calls, and written work.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing and/or product management in enterprise software; supply chain experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prefer working in a fast-paced, collaborative capacity.
  • Easily able to drive projects and make decisions within your domain.
