As we grow our advertising platform, we’re looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to help lay the foundation for what will be our Ads Manager. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end experience of the platform that all advertisers will use to launch, manage, and measure their campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Own Product Marketing for our upcoming Ads Manager platform, setting the vision and strategy to build it from the ground up in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Define the end-to-end reporting strategy for our ads solution, working cross-functionally with Data Science, Sales, and Product to identify and prioritize the most impactful metrics for our reporting dashboards.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for key launches, from early internal tools and early builds to the full public release of our Ads Manager.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts, including the development of scalable training programs, customer-facing collateral, and strategic sales narratives.
  • Be the voice of the customer, championing a customer-obsessed culture across teams to inform product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and continuously improve the advertiser experience.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of Product Marketing experience in the advertising space, ideally with experience building and scaling ad platform capabilities.
  • 2+ years of experience leading reporting and analytics initiatives, including defining KPI frameworks, partnering with Data Science on dashboard development, and shaping measurement strategies that drive product and business outcomes.
  • Excel in ambiguous environments—excited about building new processes, business models, and scaling an advertising business from the ground up.
  • Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties). Relocation assistance may be available.

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $202,500 + equity + benefits.
