About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for our products. You will be responsible for a suite of products and solutions aligned to key capabilities. You will collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing experts to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for specific solutions within a larger Fiserv portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, relationship managers, marketing, brand, creative, digital, and media, to ensure the product's successful launch, promotion, and ongoing performance in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing initiatives independently, demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience and communicates product value.
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and client needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work with sales and product teams to develop an event and trade show strategy; coordinate with internal and external events teams to execute logistics.
  • Prioritize multiple projects, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing strategic marketing programs, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, sales enablement and events
  • 3+ years of experience in creating and managing product marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience in the Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and data analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to balance collaboration and independence.
