About the position

Motion is seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to lead the product marketing direction for our innovative AI project management software. This role will involve owning the go-to-market strategy for new features and products, particularly focusing on AI employees, lifecycle marketing, SEO/GEO initiatives, sales enablement, and broader content marketing. The successful candidate will have the creative freedom to shape the narratives and positioning of Motion, working alongside a marketing team that values experimentation and new ideas. The goal is to build a successful software brand that stands out in the B2B space, similar to Duolingo in the consumer market. This position promises significant responsibilities and the opportunity to work with a high-density talent team, achieving in weeks what larger teams might take years to accomplish.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new features and products.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement SEO/GEO strategies.
  • Create and manage sales enablement content.
  • Drive content marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/GTM team to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights to inform marketing decisions and messaging.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence across multiple projects.

Requirements
