About the position

Join us as the Product Marketing Manager for our process industries, where you will drive the success of our 3-Way and 4-Way product portfolios. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch to phase-out—ensuring a seamless transition at each stage. Your mission will be to develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies that promote sustainable growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Marketing teams, you will help build impactful roadmaps and support new product development while regionalizing global offerings. Strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance will be vital, as you provide insights to guide our enterprise strategy and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

  • New Product Development
  • Conducting market analysis to find opportunities and customer needs.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
  • Refining ideas into detailed product concepts and specifications.
  • Overseeing the creation of prototypes to test and validate concepts.
  • Coordinating with product marketing user testing and feedback to ensure product viability.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating product launches.
  • Managing the launch phase, including marketing and distribution.
  • Collaborating for the implementation of strategies to increase market penetration and sales.
  • Optimizing product performance and profitability during the maturity phase.
  • Planning for product phase-out and transitioning customers to new solutions.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer use cases to understand needs.
  • Evaluating the potential impact and value of each feature.
  • Prioritizing features based on available resources and strategic goals.
  • Incorporating user feedback to refine feature priorities.
  • Ensuring feature development aligns with overall business goals.
  • Defining the product vision and long-term goals.
  • Creating a detailed timeline for product development and releases.
  • Establishing key achievements and deliverables for the product.
  • Keeping collaborators advised and aligned with the roadmap.
  • Adjusting the roadmap based on market feedback and adjust priorities.
  • Specifying the features and functionalities of the product.
  • Defining performance, security, and usability criteria.
  • Understanding and documenting user needs and expectations.
  • Outlining technical specifications and constraints.
  • Ensuring the product meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting research to understand market conditions and competition.
  • Developing pricing models that improve profitability and market share.
  • Predicting future sales volumes and revenue.
  • Estimating production, development, and operational costs.
  • Creating business cases to support investments and expected returns.
  • Providing detailed descriptions and benefits of the product.
  • Listing technical details and features.
  • Including visuals to showcase the product.
  • Offering pricing and availability information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  • Relevant years of experience in technical sales or marketing environment with progressive levels of responsibility commensurate with the level of this role.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead and encourage outstanding effort and results from direct reports, 3rd party reps, and distribution channel.
  • Advanced strategic selling / negotiation skills.
  • Proven analytical, and written & oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to travel 60% to meet business needs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

  • 10+ years' experience in technical sales or marketing environment with dynamic levels of responsibility.
