About the position

The Product Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global company as an individual contributor with potential for people management in the future. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will serve as a critical link between our product development, sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans that effectively position our products in the market, drive adoption, and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and feature releases, including messaging, positioning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with the global Product Marketing team on messaging, customer comms, competitive intel, and content development.
  • Communicate product updates and value impacts to internal teams and customers.
  • Create compelling sales tools and collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, release notes, videos, etc., to empower the sales team and drive product adoption.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to market.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine product positioning and inform future product development.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successful GTM strategy development and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Understanding of trends and technologies shaping the Marketing, PR, Communications, and Social Media landscapes.
  • Familiarity with key industry focus areas, including Social Media Marketing, Social Listening & Monitoring, Influencer Marketing & Campaign Measurement, Media Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and its application in traditional and social media MarTech.
  • Experience with tools such as SalesHood, Pendo, Intercom, ProductBoard, Salesforce, Totango, Asana, Marketo, Wistia, Loom, Miro, Frame.io and Camtasia are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
