Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Rubrik for Unstructured Data, expanding our story from traditional on-premises focus to wherever unstructured data lives - on-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP, and beyond
  • Work with dedicated sales teams, campaign marketers, and product teams to launch new capabilities and drive revenue growth
  • Integrate unstructured data messaging into our healthcare vertical initiatives and enterprise 'whale' account strategies
  • Support our growing Pure Storage partnership, including joint product launches, reference architectures, and co-marketing programs around our Cyber Resilience Stack
  • Drive strategy and execution across North America while supporting growth in EMEA and APAC markets

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise product marketing at high-tech companies targeting IT organizations
  • Comfort with complex technical topics, especially data protection, storage, or cloud infrastructure
  • Track record of messaging to Fortune 500 companies and working with enterprise sales teams
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive results across matrixed organizations
  • Experience working across geographies in rapidly scaling international companies
  • Equal comfort developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities - we'll ask for work samples

Nice-to-haves

  • Data protection, backup/recovery, or enterprise storage experience
  • Healthcare or other vertical market knowledge
  • Partnership or alliance marketing experience
  • Direct customer presentation experience
  • Coaching or mentoring experience in fast-growth environments
