About the position

We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy of Learning Without Tears' products. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will take ownership of your assigned product while contributing to the marketing success of our broader portfolio. You will play a vital role in telling compelling product stories, enabling our sales teams, and driving market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the messaging and positioning foundations of assigned products by conducting competitive landscape analysis, partnering with product and market research, and understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and collaborating with the product team in the product development process.
  • Leading go-to-market planning and launch execution for new and existing products, ensuring persona alignment, benefit driven messaging, and effective sales enablement.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and drive campaigns in support of your products.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust set of sales enablement tools; including sales guides, battle cards, sample kits, and sales presentations.
  • Training and supporting customer facing teams, empowering them to communicate product value with confidence.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in marketing, education, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years related experience marketing with 1+ years in product marketing.
  • Experience in K-12 education, preferably focused on early literacy or ELA; Pre-K experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product management.
