About the position

Trimble's Field Systems Geospatial division is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Professional to lead our business transformation efforts towards subscription-based models. This role is pivotal in driving the transition from traditional sales to subscription services, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of geospatial technologies, subscription models, and business transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to transition products and services to subscription-based models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of subscription offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for subscription services and enhancements.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of subscription models to existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of subscription services, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to equip sales and support teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful subscription sales.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for subscription transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Geospatial Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on subscription models and business transformation.
  • Proven track record of successfully transitioning products to subscription-based models in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
