About the position

The Product Marketing Specialist develops and implements customer driven products and marketing strategies to support the growth of a product family or brand. This position is located in Racine, WI. Collects and classifies new product ideas or strategic product extensions to support evaluation of their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share. Ensures accurate translation of market demands in products and services with the research department, engineering, and other related disciplines. Helps product development team establish strategies ranging from product pricing, design, marketing, advertising, packaging, and future products to manage the product family's life. Liaises with product/brand management to ensure effective planning and co-ordination of advertising/public-relations and promotions for new products. Liaises with specialist departments to ensure the effective operation and production of new/revised products. Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Up to 50% travel may be required. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years in Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience working with construction undercarriage is preferred.
