Your Role PSC Software is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist who will develop strategic marketing plans and create compelling content. You’ll work closely with product management, sales, and marketing team to ensure messaging is precise, compelling, and customer-focused while maintaining technical accuracy. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and compliance, and is eager to make an impact by supporting PSC Software’s mission to serve life sciences and other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and lead generation
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover differentiation opportunities
  • Refine product positioning and messaging tailored to buyer personas, and optimize campaigns based on performance and trends
  • Produce sales enablement materials such as product one-pagers, feature sheets, battle cards, case studies, and more
  • Assist with management of blog content and social media calendar
  • Work in partnership with sales to ensure marketing assets effectively address buyer objections and questions
  • Coordinate webinars and support event logistics for trade shows and industry conferences
  • Review marketing content for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and messaging consistency
  • Translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits emphasizing compliance, quality, and productivity
  • Ensure messaging alignment across internal departments
  • Support additional marketing activities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally in B2B software or regulated industries
  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Comfortable learning and translating complex product features into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on measurable results
  • Experience with quality management software preferred
