Zapproved Product Marketing Specialist in Portland, Oregon
Zapproved is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing SaaS software startup headquartered in Portland, Oregon. In this new role, you will help us tell the world (and company) the story of our suite of corporate e-discovery products. Youll collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing and customer success to create and execute marketing plans, communications and collateral and conduct extensive research and analysis on Zapproveds target market, competitors and industry. We are seeking a creative communicator and problem solver, who is hungry for the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company.
What Youll Be Doing:
In this role, youll
Develop product marketing collateral and resources including product brochures, customer case studies, how-to guides, blog posts, demo videos and presentations
Assist with go-to-market plans and communications for new products, features and partnerships
Create messaging and communications for product releases
Conduct win/loss calls and prepare quarterly win/loss analysis reports
Conduct ongoing competitor research and maintain competitor battle cards
Deliver sales enablement training, as needed to internal and partner sales teams and stakeholders
What Youll Need:
Minimum of one year of product marketing or sales enablement experience with a proven track record in high tech and/or enterprise software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analysis skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
What Would Be Nice:
Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia
SaaS experience in a B2B environment
