About the position

The Bridgenext Product Owner plays a critical role in the success of Salesforce engagements, serving as the intersection of product strategy, technical solution design, and client partnership. This role is responsible for deeply understanding client business challenges and leading the definition of innovative, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Product Owner, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, spanning multiple time zones, through successful delivery while ensuring continuous alignment with client goals. You will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, fostering collaboration, driving key decisions, and owning the end-to-end product vision from discovery through enablement and handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and technical client stakeholders
  • Align business goals, technical architecture, and delivery strategy to drive successful outcomes
  • Advise on platform capabilities and when to use declarative vs. custom solutions
  • Make architecture decisions based on constraints like budget, scope, time, and available resources
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to deliver a cohesive solution
  • Define the technical critical path and lead teams through execution using different Agile frameworks
  • Recommend solution paths that balance the competing priorities of budget, time, quality, and scope
  • Provide solution design and architecture leveraging a variety of SaaS platforms and web technologies
  • Lead solution design discussions and discovery workshops
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and training process, ensuring they can effectively utilize the implemented solutions
  • Effectively communicate project progress and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and customer team
  • Identify opportunities outside of the scope of a project for future phase work

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform including implementation or product development
  • 3+ years professional services consulting experience
  • Successfully led collaborative discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business needs and align on solution direction, leveraging both customer experience insights and technical strategy
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills, with ability to create technical documentation and client facing artifacts
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and working with development teams across multiple time zones
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite and leading enterprise engagements
  • Experience leading team using Agile Frameworks
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist

  • Experience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives
  • Knowledge of managed package development and AppExchange
  • Understanding of key concepts for user centered design and design thinking using the Salesforce Lightning Design System
