Product Owner, Services Solutions

About the position

As our Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value realized from products within these domains. You will collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand their needs, work closely with agile teams to ensure the successful execution of prioritized backlogs, and play an active role in designing product functionality and features while coordinating with relevant experts to align product operations with its value proposition to KONE. The role requires strong communication, techno-functional leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a hybrid working schedule and up to 15% travel. The candidate must reside within the Greater Chicago Area.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value realized from products within the specified domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand their needs.
• Work closely with agile teams to ensure successful execution of prioritized backlogs.
• Design product functionality and features in coordination with relevant experts.
• Align product operations with its value proposition to KONE.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of product design / product management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences.
• Strong communication and techno-functional leadership skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, Databases, API integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products, including Power Platform and Power BI.
• Knowledge of design thinking techniques.
• Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies.
