Product Owner Specialist I

The Product Owner Specialist I will monitor and analyze risks for the organization by evaluating project plan deployment and develop relationships throughout the business for strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value provided by P&C information systems
• Awareness of business goals the information systems need to achieve
• Clearly define upcoming features for the developers of the system
• Conduct evaluations over business processes and identify key recommendations to streamline and enhance processes that will improve the quality of services provided to customers
• Discuss the goals and vision of the information system with the users of the system
• Actively gain knowledge on the subject matter
• Evaluate and ensure goals defined are met by the information system based on design description
• Understand system requirements
• Answer questions to the best of their ability
• Actively take part in planning, refinements, reviews, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Collaboration skills
• Superb attention to detail, a positive attitude, and effective problem-solving skills
