Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We're looking for a Product Program Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Lead weekly syncs with the Advertiser Experience Product and Engineering teams to discuss team updates, address pressing topics, and align on priorities.
  • Run planning meetings with UI design teams, ensuring they are aligned with the Advertiser Experience roadmap and aware of upcoming features requiring their input or investment.
  • Manage the engineering timeline on a weekly basis, identifying resourcing needs and adjusting project timelines, as needed.
  • Oversee the development of Advertiser Experience measurement and insights dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable data and define a roadmap for continuous improvement with the Data Science team.
  • Monitor inbound requests via Slack and JIRA on Advertiser Experience escalations, triaging and assigning them to the appropriate Product Managers and Engineers while best prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution.
