Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is hiring for a Product Program Manager in our South region - Greater Cincinnati. This role is responsible for leading volunteer engagement and managing all aspects of daily support for our annual product programs including our exclusive, girl-led entrepreneurship initiatives: the Girl Scout Cookie Program and the Fall Product Program. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and a track record of meeting deadlines. This role oversees the execution of product programs across the greater Cincinnati area, including logistics, community relationships, and volunteer support to ensure successful participation and achievement of council revenue and operational goals. In addition to managing annual product campaigns, this position contributes to council-wide strategies, planning, and specialized projects that drive program success.
