Product QA - Home Internet

About the position

As a Product Quality Analyst- Home Internet Gateway you will be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) customer experience testing of Home Internet gateway hardware, with an emphasis on mesh access point (AP) functionality and stability.

Responsibilities

• Validate hardware and firmware performance across real-world scenarios
• Identify issues affecting connectivity, throughput, roaming, and user experience
• Create test plans based on business and functional requirements
• Create test cases to client specifications
• Manual test case execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality, reliable mesh networking performance for end users
• Troubleshoot issues experienced during testing
• Creation, management, and triage of defects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Quality Analyst
• Proven experience as a Product Quality Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools and procedures
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Comprehension and understanding of requirements for testing
• Ability to have strong attention to detail to be able to accomplish a wide variety of tasks
