About the position

We're looking for a highly organised Product Release Content Coordinator to join our PMO team. You'll be the bridge between R&D and the rest of the business - taking raw product information and ensuring each team receives what they need, in a format they can work with. You won't be writing final content or sales materials - but you will be the one making sure the right people have the right information, at the right time, and in a usable format.

Responsibilities

  • Gather raw content: Collect product information directly from R&D, however it's provided - specs, technical notes, feature outlines, etc.
  • Light processing: Translate dense or technical language into plain English summaries, group and structure fragmented information, extract key facts from long documents, reformat or convert files as needed.
  • Distribute appropriately: Send tailored content to the relevant teams: Sales – concise feature summaries, Support – full technical specs, Marketing – concept briefs and positioning context.
  • Chase and clarify: Follow up with R&D to close information gaps or resolve confusion.
  • Maintain the source: Keep all source materials clearly organised, version-controlled, and accessible to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in content coordination, project support, product ops, or similar roles.
  • Comfortable working with technical content (without needing to be a technical expert).
  • Naturally structured and methodical - you spot gaps, chase details, and keep things tidy.
  • Able to translate complexity into something others can act on.
  • Confident using basic collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, Teams).
