About the position

We're looking for a smart and motivated Product Specialist to help our enterprise and B2B customers succeed with Topaz Video AI, Photo AI, Gigapixel, Web apps and our API, through answering questions and technical troubleshooting in their environment. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and own the process of implementing them. Additionally, you will identify needs and propose additional products and value to customers, as well as translate needs and feature requests to our engineering team. This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do, this role will naturally grow into a higher-leverage role in product, marketing, or customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Help enterprise and B2B customers succeed with Topaz Video AI, Photo AI, Gigapixel, Web apps and our API.
  • Answer questions and provide technical troubleshooting in customer environments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Own the process of implementing improvements to customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and propose additional products and value.
  • Translate customer needs and feature requests to the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Technical background in building apps, programming, designing, etc.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent presence, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think from first principles and focus on core issues.
