About the position

The position involves coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, WERCS, and IT to enhance report writing capabilities from WERCS and to integrate WERCS data with SAP and PV databases. The role requires a strong understanding of database administration and SQL, as well as the ability to assist in the creation of reports for government agencies. The candidate will also learn and understand WERCS software and support product personnel in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Understand database administration and SQL and queries.
  • Assist in the creation of reports for government agencies.
  • Learn and understand WERCS software.
  • Support Product personnel in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Prioritize daily tasks.
  • Read, understand, and follow Product Stewardship Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in one of the following fields: Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration with a focus on Compliance or Legal Studies, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of chemical processing is desirable.
  • Experience in a team environment is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Motivated, conscientious and self-development oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
