The Smart Solutions Team’s success is based on our ability to be a single stop for smart technology solutions and connectivity, enabling businesses to operate more efficiently. A key differentiator is our expertise in successfully designing, deploying, and supporting our solutions, including smart cameras and access control systems. As the Product Strategy and Success Manager, you will have two categories of responsibilities: product strategy & management and sales enablement. Both are crucial functions to ensure that CSS delivers best-in-class complete solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage companies that meet business needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Guide partners through the CSS onboarding process.
  • Act as subject matter expert for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead pricing and quoting for relevant opportunities.
  • Act as the liaison between CSS sales and partners.
  • Lead internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Co-negotiate legal agreements with technology partners.
  • Assist with Request for Quote (RFQ) & SOW development for sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development of solution design documentation and processes with sales engineering personnel.
  • Manage short- and medium-term product lifecycles.
  • Develop an understanding of Comcast’s business strategy and existing product lines.
  • Prepare presentations for senior executives that clearly communicate potential opportunities, value propositions, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to process multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Security or surveillance solution experience preferred, including access control, VMS, IP cameras, and video analytics.
  • Excellent analytic and strategic planning skills.
  • Interest or experience in technology.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
