Overview of Job Function:

This role is part of the Product Strategy Group that focuses on cloud solutions that drive business growth. The position is a subject matter expert responsible for managing and driving cloud initiatives, supporting sales, services, and support in achieving the growth objectives with Verints overall cloud strategy into global markets and regions. This position will be based remotely in Utah.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

*

Responsible for promoting and supporting the strategy and growth of Verint products in the Customer Engagement Solutions business space, specifically Verints cloud-based solutions.

*

Provide leadership to colleagues, partners and other organizational segments in order to enable global sales, presales and services resources to appropriately support market penetration and adoption.

*

Chartered with engaging in a variety of activities with interaction that is involved but is not limited to, engaging with prospects, customers, external partners, sales, marketing, product house, and professional services.

*

As a client advocate, work with clients to provide strategic and tactical recommendations for successful use of Verints cloud deployment.

*

Builds and leverages strategic customer partnerships fostering references and advocacy promoted through Verints Elevate program.

*

Leverages and engages in internal and external Verint communities to support knowledge transfer, collaboration and awareness.

*

Interact with varying levels of management within Verint, with partners, prospects, and customers.

*

Liaison who bridges the gap between the technology and the business users.

*

Support Strategy Development aligned to Product Strategy and organizational goals and roadmaps.

*

Work with Product Management on Product Design and Enhancements.

*

Create, Maintain and execute enablement programs including development of supporting methodologies and materials.

*

Escalation Resolution & Management.

*

Act as SME to lend credibility in eyes of prospects / customers during sales cycle.

*

Participate and envision future trends in cloud solutions.

*

Responsible for and compensated based on global sales as well as personal goals and overall company performance.

*

Provide subject matter expertise and support for large deals as needed.

*

Provide support in global cloud strategy, coordinating a cross-functional virtual team to ensure buy-in, adoption and execution success.

*

Articulating and formulating solutions for Pilots, pricing and business case creation when needed.

*

Manage, assist, and support the strategy for cloud and ensure the regions are well equipped to execute the strategy.

*

Assist in driving Verints holistic long term global strategy including organic growth and go-to-market activities.

*

Participate and assist in building and quarterly business plans for product strategy including regional specifics.

*

Work with global alliance team to drive partnerships.

*

Report large deal status.

*

Gather feedback from region on unusual situations, prospect requests and competitive issues.

*

Provide feedback to marketing on competitive information and win/loss data.

*

Project manage cloud strategy initiatives and go to market activities.

Minimum Requirements:

*

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

*

A minimum of 6 (+) years demonstrated experience working in one of the following sectors: contact center or back office operations, business process management / Implementation/project management, or application/business consulting.

*

A minimum of 5 (+) years demonstrated experience working in cloud / saas solutions.

*

Strong analytical / data manipulation skills and proficiencies.

*

Strong project management skills.

*

Strong problem solving skills with a keen ability to apply resolutions.

*

Ability to interpret critical business challenges and translate to optimal business process recommendations multi-level and organizational opportunities.

*

Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written).

*

Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

*

Adept in quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value.

*

Strong revenue and customer focus with a history of achieving sales targets and successfully completing complex projects.

*

Project management and leadership skills in delivering solutions to the customer, e.g. leading management discussion, coordinating rollout, integrations etc.

*

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestic and international.

*

Successful completion of a background check screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification.

*

Successful completion of a credit check necessary for those travel-related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel.

Preferred Requirements:

*

A post-graduate degree in business management, marketing, finance or comparable field of study.

*

Experience in implementing Work Force Optimization Software and/or management process consulting across various operations (i.e. Contact Center, Back Office and Branch/Retail) which includes Project Management experience in Business Consultancy and Software Implementation.

*

Familiarity with Verint products; and ability to develop detailed knowledge of application recording (screen and/or data capture), analytics applications, employee performance management, eLearning, coaching, forecasting and scheduling, and feedback/survey solutions is beneficial.
