Product Technical Lead - Java Springboot

About the position

Infosys is seeking Product Technical Lead-Java Springboot and Microservices. Candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using Spring Boot. You will be responsible for designing and implementing back-end services, collaborating with front-end developers, and ensuring the robustness and security of applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement back-end services using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with front-end developers.
• Ensure the robustness and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, RESTful, Kafka, GitHub.
• Strong at Object Oriented concepts & Data Structures.
• Experience working with any RDBMS database (PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with any Frontend frameworks (Angular).
• Experience with TDD practices / frameworks (JUnit (Java) / Jest (React) / Karma / Jasmine).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Cloud Implementation - Azure, Kubernetes/Docker.
• Experience in developing & deploying Microservices, Data Modelling, Database Design, Tuning Design Parameters, Normalization, Solving Performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in Middleware, Open-Source tools & technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Production support is good to have.
• Experience with monitoring tools is good to have.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
