About the position

The Product Visualization Coordinator is responsible for managing the creation, delivery, and implementation of high-quality product visuals for use across ecommerce platforms, marketing materials, and digital channels. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., merchandising and marketing) and external vendors (such as Cylindo), ensuring that product visualization assets meet business goals, brand standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and third-party visualization vendors.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating product visuals, including briefing, asset preparation, vendor communication, and delivery.
  • Maintain a clear project timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met and delays are mitigated.
  • Track and manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to produce 3D renders, 360-degree product views, augmented reality (AR) assets, and other visual materials.
  • Ensure vendors receive accurate and complete inputs, such as CAD files, images, product dimensions, and material specifications.
  • Review vendor deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on visualization assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual quality.
  • Work with internal teams to collect and implement feedback on visual assets before final approval.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to visualization assets or vendor deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align visuals with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with merchandising team to ensure visuals accurately reflect physical product details.
  • Partner with the development team to integrate visualization assets into ecommerce platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for product visualization workflows, including best practices and technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the visualization pipeline.
  • Stay updated on emerging visualization technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Plus, other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in product visualization, digital content coordination, or project management.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software, visualization tools, and platforms like Cylindo or Marxent.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Planner, Monday, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Knowledge of file formats and specifications for 3D models, AR assets, and high-resolution imagery.
  • Experience in project management.
