Production Machine Operator
About The Position
An additional $1.50 per hour for Swing Shift : 2:30pm to 12:00am Manages a production machine ensuring that all pieces made on the machine are free from defects and meet JPL quality standards Follows all company policies and procedures Having minor mechanics skills is ideal Capable of reading, understanding and following Production Work Orders Follows all operating procedures associated with the production machine Capable of performing a production change over at the end of training period Keeps work area clean All other duties are assigned by shift supervisor Physical Requirements Requires moving 500 to 1,000 lbs pallets and wire spools using pallet jacks a few times per shift Requires lifting and carrying 30 to 50 lbs throughout the shift Requires working in an unconditioned environment
