About the position

The Marketing Program Manager, PM/PC Strategy, is a key leader within Herbalife’s Customer Marketing team responsible for driving strategic lifecycle initiatives that deepen engagement, retention, and product volume among Preferred Members (PM) and Preferred Customers (PC). This role will play a critical part in the migration to Herbalife’s new loyalty platform, guide the evolution of the Herbalife Rewards program, and lead the planning and execution of product launch campaigns that resonate with PM/PC segments. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence, is data-savvy, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns designed to improve PM/PC customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage communications and campaigns that guide customers through key moments in their journey—onboarding, education, loyalty activation, and re-engagement.
  • Own campaign planning and delivery across email, in-app, web, and owned channels to increase program participation and product usage.
  • Support Herbalife Rewards initiatives for PM/PC audiences, including tier education, benefit reminders, and promotional engagement moments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to brief creative, manage timelines, and ensure on-brand, compliant content delivery.
  • Monitor program performance, identify insights, and optimize campaigns to drive continued impact.
  • Contribute to seasonal planning, product launch readiness, and targeted customer touchpoints to drive sustained value.
  • Work closely with Digital, Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Creative to align efforts and support business goals.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas and test-and-learn approaches to enhance lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, or loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing retention and reactivation campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, assets, and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimize accordingly.
  • Excellent communicator with experience managing creative and legal review processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Experience in consumer wellness, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
